A tributary performance by the Carnatica Brothers, Divya Kasturi and Avanthi Meduri, Katha Kutcheri is a unique theatrical performance celebrating the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna, M. S. Subbulakshmi (1916- 2004), known as the Nightingale of India. She enthralled her audience around the world with her soulful music. Katha Kutcheri celebrates this world legacy by integrating the three streams of music, dance and spoken word. The concert is conceived in collaboration with the famous musician brothers known as the Carnatica Brothers. In this special Katha Kutcheri performance, the Carnatica brothers collaborate with UK-based artists Divya Kasturi and Dr Avanthi Meduri. The tributary performance, a brainchild of the Carnatica brothers, has toured various cities in the United States and travels now to the UK.
