The Association of the African Diaspora (www.adad.org.uk), Dance UK (www.danceuk.org), National Dance Teachers Association (www.ndta.org.uk) and Youth Dance England (www.yde.org.uk) are working together as a consortium to create a new model to support innovation and talent, entrepreneurship, good practice, and creativity in all areas of dance in the UK. They are seeking an expert project manager who can support the organisations to bring about this major change.
This new 18 months fixed-term role of Project Manager: Organisational Change has a key role to play in this exciting time. The main purpose of the role is to facilitate and respond to the needs of the Core Management Group (including the Directors, Chairs and key board members of the four partner organisations) to prepare for, and then manage, the implementation of this major change process.
The contract line manager will be the Director of Dance UK, but this role will be jointly managed on a day-to-day basis by Directors and Co-Chairs (where NDTA has no paid director) of the partner organisations.
